You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders immediately via our online shop. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If successful we will send you an email confirmation. If the product has been despatched, you will need to return to us in its original packaging, and in an unused condition. You may have to meet any return shipping costs.

If for any reason, you wish to return a product and receive a refund (you have a 30 day period from the delivery date – sale items are not excluded from this), please contact us stating your reason for return. You are responsible for the product until it has been received, in good condition by VYPR Sports.
